Our mission: To give clients absolutely everything they need to move towards a healthier lifestyle from the comfort of their own homes. Both exercise and nutrition must be at play, and this is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Personal trainers typically only deliver half of what is necessary: exercise instruction. And nutritionists deliver the other half. We bring the two services together, as they should be, combining personal training with meal preparation coaching in order to take all of the guesswork and headache out of our busy NYC clients' lives.

  • Teach you how to shop for groceries effectively (in terms of cost & health).

  • Properly progress you towards your goal(s) with a customized, effective fitness program. Deliver excellent personal training service from the comfort of your own home!

  • Teach you nutrition! Back to the basics on this one. You will understand how nutrition contributes to achieving your goals. You will understand how many calories you are consuming daily, will understand macronutrients as well as your specific daily macronutrient targets, & will learn how to meal prep efficiently and effectively,

  • Allow you to see that this healthy lifestyle can be simple and easy with the right tools.
